Zumba is offered on Saturdays to all residents, including children for six weeks. The classes are one hour in length. The instructor is certified in group fitness through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She is also certified in CPR and AED. Zumba is FREE to all Edgewood residents,Non- Edgewood Village residents are welcome to join in on the fun, for a small fee of $18.00 for the entire six-week session. So, bring a friend! Get healthy, dance and have fun. All participants must complete a Health & Fitness Liability Waiver/Inform Consent and Release Form.
