Tai Chi - Moving for Better Balance is offered on Tuesday & Thursdays for 12 weeks beginning on April 23, 2013. The classes are one hour in length. Tai Chi Moving For Better Balance is an evidence-based intervention for fall prevention and has been recognized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
